WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
Ground Shipping: $7 flat rate. All orders are shipped via USPS ground, by priority mail. We Ship USPS Priority 2-day Shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for each order to be processed and shipped. Depending on availibility of stock and order volumes, most orders are shipped next day. WHAT ARE PRESALE ITEMS?
PreSale/Pre Order items are items that are available for purchase before they are officially released. Items purchased as "PreSale or Pre Order" are guaranteed to be available by date specified. PreSale/Pre Order items are usually accompanied with an incentive (free shipping, discount code, percentage off next purchase, etc.). Processing time for PreSale Items is 10-14 business days from time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
WHAT ARE LAUNCH BOXES?
Purchasing a Launch Box affords you the opportunity to receive 2/3 Exclusive, Stylist- Picked Pieces for one set price.
Will Launch Boxes be available after Launch date?
Yes, Launch Boxes are actually called Dope Box and will be available for purchase every month.
How do I order a box?
Select “Launch Box” option, enter your size, then check out.
What if I want a specific item to be in my box?
You can purchase that item separately to ensure that you receive the item of your choice.
*Launch Box & Dope Box customers are given first access to new items and collections.
WHAT ARE CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS?
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders must be placed by 11:59pm PST and will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, provided it is not a major holiday.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
We only accept returns of unused and/or untampered items in exchange for store credit only. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Store credit for returned purchases is only good for 30 days after we receive returned purchase(s). Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping expenses. Email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any additional questions or concerns regarding exchanges or returns.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEM(S)?
When your order arrives, please inspect for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping packaging to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged item(s). We reserve the right to obtain proof of the damaged item(s).
